Evan during MVN’s glory days.

Co-founded by Evan Brunell, the Most Valuable Network (MVN) was the first online sports media network. He served as majority owner and president from Dec. 2003 to Jan. 2010, bootstrapping the company while primarily attending college in that timeframe.

At the forefront of the emerging digital age, Evan was there every step of the way, leveraging social media as it developed, plus overseeing MVN’s transition as the internet moved from Web 1.0 to Web 2.0. SB Nation, a competitor, developed in 2005 and has gone on to be part of Vox, an excellent model for digital media.
